Role Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Salesforce Technical Architect with a
proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce
solutions. You will leverage your deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
and Experience Cloud to define architectural standards, design robust
integrations, and guide the technical direction of complex initiatives. Acting
as a key technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional
stakeholders, lead technical teams, and ensure that solutions meet both
immediate requirements and future scalability needs. Your hands-on approach
will also involve customizing and optimizing Salesforce applications using
Apex, Lightning Web Components, and modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Define, document, and communicate architectural blueprints for Salesforce solutions. Ensure that designs align with best practices, security standards, and long-term technical strategy.
- Platform Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring seamless platform integration and interoperability.
- Custom Development: Create and optimize custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and the Salesforce CLI, maintaining top-quality code, performance, and reliability.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and maintain robust DevOps pipelines, leveraging Git, source control methodologies, and CI/CD tools to drive efficient, high-quality deployments.
- Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of projects, from requirements gathering and architectural design through deployment and post-implementation support. Consistently deliver on-time, high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Serve as a technical mentor to developers, guiding their growth and aligning their work with architectural standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Scalability & Innovation: Continuously evaluate new Salesforce features, emerging technologies, and industry trends to recommend improvements and ensure that solutions remain future-proof and scalable.
Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, source control, Git, CI/CD practices, and the Salesforce CLI.
- Architectural Track Record: Demonstrated success designing complex Salesforce architectures, including integrations, data models, and custom frameworks, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, System Architect, Application Architect, or equivalent).
- Soft Skills: Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal. Polite, professional, and effective at stakeholder management. Consistent reliability, dependability, and a solid work ethic.
