**Job Title:** Salesforce Technical Lead
**Location:** Singapore
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Leader to guide our
Salesforce team in designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM solutions. This
individual will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our
Salesforce environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and
driving digital transformation across our organization. The ideal candidate is
a Salesforce expert with strong leadership skills, capable of managing a team
of developers and administrators while championing best practices and
innovation in our Salesforce ecosystem.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the development and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions,
aligning with business strategies and requirements.
- Guide, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators,
and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Design and oversee architecture for scalable Salesforce solutions,
incorporating Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce
products as necessary.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations,
and IT, to define requirements, solution designs, and delivery timelines.
- Drive Salesforce best practices, including security, data integrity, and
governance standards, ensuring a robust and compliant Salesforce environment.
- Manage system integrations with Salesforce, leveraging APIs and data
integration tools to streamline data flows between internal and external
systems.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including customization, automation,
testing, and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Identify and advocate for new Salesforce features, functionality, and
third-party applications that align with business objectives.
- Establish standards for technical documentation, change management, and user
training to support scalability and ongoing Salesforce enhancements.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including
experience in a leadership role.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
(CTA), Certified Application Architect, or System Architect, are highly
preferred.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web
Components.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and system
integration.
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations, including multi-cloud
environments (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud).
- Knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and
REST/SOAP APIs.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and
manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex
issues and deliver scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical information
to non-technical stakeholders and aligning project goals with business
objectives.
**Mandatory Skills:**
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Additional Salesforce certifications is mandatory
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce.
- Knowledge of additional technologies, such as Java, SQL, or JavaScript
frameworks, is a plus.
